Carillion 2024 Blanc de Blancs

This elegant Blanc de Blancs is made from Chardonnay grapes carefully selected from our Orange vineyard in NSW to make a wine retaining delicate fruit flavours and fine structure. The wine is showing lifted aromas of citrus and stone fruits combined with creamy lees complexity. The palate is fresh and lively with a long fine crisp finish. Great drinking now.
