This blend combines the best of both varieties; Semillon provides a zesty lemon sorbet acidity melded seamlessly with a luscious backbone of Chardonnay creaminess from subtle barrel fermentation. Stone fruit characters add to the palate complexity leading into a long and lingering finish.
