Exciting Italian varieties such as Vermentino, Verduzzo, Sagrantino and Aglianico have flourished in our vineyards, consistently providing the basis for exciting varietal wines of great individual character. These wines are currently produced in quantities as small as 300 bottles and mostly only available through our Cellar Door or Wine Club.
Our take on the Apassimento style, made by drying harvested grapes to concentrate sugars and flavours. Lush bush honey flavours abound on the palate and mingle with apricot and carmelised fig with sundried fruits on the nose.
