Our classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier is aged on yeast lees in
the bottle for 48 months for abundant depth and complexity. A nose full of spiced red fruits is complimented by flavours of caramelised figs and nuts with a lovely lemony line of acidity.
Our take on the Apassimento style, made by drying harvested grapes to concentrate sugars and flavours. Lush bush honey flavours abound on the palate and mingle with apricot and carmelised fig with sundried fruits on the nose.
This elegant, cool climate Blanc de Blancs exhibits delicate citrus and stone fruit flavours and fine structure. Enjoy a fresh, lively palate, creamy lees complexity and a long, fine crisp finish. Great drinking now.
