2023 Saddle Block Chardonnay Origins

Hand sourced from a unique block on our Tallavera Grove Vineyard in Mount View, the Saddle Block consists of Terra Rossa soil derived from 300 million year old limestone wich protrudes from the surface. A textbook Hunter Chardonnay woth white peach, green apple & nutmeg that fills the nose completly with intence citrus amd creamy cashew characters on the palate from time spent on solids.
