Our inaugural release, this premium sparkling is made with the Traditional Method using the classic blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The wine has been aged on yeast lees in
the bottle for 48 months, giving it abundant depth and complexity. In the glass you are greeted with a gorgeous colour and a nose full of spiced red fruits complimented by complexing flavours of caramelised figs and nuts with a lovely lemony line of acidity.
