We hand picked Aglianico grapes and whole bunch pressed them to make Rose juice. A week or so after fermentation had began and we were happy with the balance of flavours and sugar, we bottled the wine straight from its fermentation vessel directly into glass with a crown seal.
The resulting wine is fresh and textural with loads of character. Bright hibiscus aromas with a hint of strawberry bubblegum are the first things to hit your senses. The palate is cranberry soda-like, finishing spritzy, crunchy and delicious! Perfect for all occasions.
