As a small producer we can afford to be extra fussy with the parcels of grapes and the winemaking techniques we use. Something that many larger companies would kill for, this luxury allows us to push the limits of quality and innovation in our wines.
We are not interested in world domination, we'd rather focus on smaller batches of great wine, oozing with creativity and designed for enjoyment!

From the use of alternative varieties and experimental winemaking methods in our Lovable Rogue range to exploring new techniques in the vineyard and challenging conformity in the winery, we're on a constant search for something new and different in our wines. Nothing makes us happier than to share these things with our members and customers.

Whilst we celebrate our adventurous side, we are also highly respectful of the great vignerons and winemakers that have come before us. Some newer wine styles scream out for an innovative touch, but we believe others are best made the way they have been for generations.

Oozing with character, this small batch wine is full of red fruits and balanced by rustic tannins, with a savoury and elegant finish. The perfect match for game meats and pasta dishes.
This elegant, cool climate Blanc de Blancs exhibits delicate citrus and stone fruit flavours and fine structure. Enjoy a fresh, lively palate, creamy lees complexity and a long, fine crisp finish. Great drinking now.
Floral and aromatic wine, this is a unique wine with delicate pink peppercorn and an alluring hint of musk; rich layers of texture add to its complexity, due to its extended time spent on skins.
Hints of spice and tobacco accompany powerful fruit flavours on the palate, while subtle red fruits provide an elegant nose. This wine can be enjoyed now, but will benefit from extended cellaring.
Our most ambitious project yet, the Carillion Terroir Project captures the unique combination of the vineyard site, farming and winemaking practices.
When the auspicious vintage conditions of 2022 became evident it was obvious to winemaker Andrew Ling and Vigneron Tim Davis that they had to make a wine of heightened calibre, and the 'Terroir Project' was born, with a standout 2022 Pinot Noir as the inaugural offering
Sourced from the 2017 vintage, this wine is a classic barrel fermented Hunter Chardonnay.
A mix of six Burgundian clones meld together in our 2022 'Origins' Pinot Noir to provide an elegant nose of red fruits and savoury undertones, with dark cherry notes and plush tannins. The perfect match for duck or mushroom risotto.
2014 has been touted by many as the best vintage since 1965 and our flagship Shiraz, the Fenestella’ Shiraz, showcases this extraordinary vintage.
A classic Hunter Valley Shiraz, this wine has a rich and complex palate of red and black fruits derived from maturation in French oak puncheons.
Medium bodied yet intense, this Shiraz was approachable on release and will continue to reward with extended cellaring.
